installation of gtk-qt-engine

I have big problems trying to install the gtk-qt-engine....

with the tar.bz2 package when I run cmake . it says that I have not the last version of cmake but it's not true

with the deb package it says that the installation can't be performed due to package conflicts....

what should I do?

Short answer: sudo apt-get install gtk-qt-engine
Marginally less short answer: Look in the repositories first (using Adept, Synaptic, Aptitude, or your favourite poison) - it's easier that way.
