Re: Question about Adept?
Yes. But, that doesn't mean that 'all' listed packages will work on your particular PC, only that the listed packages are designed for use in the version of Kubuntu you have installed.Windows no longer obstructs my view.

Re: Question about Adept?
Eh... not really... If you click on any G-named-app you'll probably notice that they are made to run under GNOME. Since Kubuntu allows you to install GNOME whenever you want to, it also shows at least some apps for GNOME, too.Multibooting: Kubuntu Noble 24.04
Before: Jammy 22.04, Focal 20.04, Precise 12.04 Xenial 16.04 and Bionic 18.04
Win XP, 7 & 10 sadly

Re: Question about Adept?
So? (K)ubuntu vs (U)buntu only refers to the different Desktop Environment one opts to use. Ubuntu uses the Gnome Desktop. Kubuntu uses the K Desktop. The underlying OS is the same. If one has installed Kubuntu, it doesn't mean you can't install/run a Gnome application.Windows no longer obstructs my view.

Re: Question about Adept?
Yes, but that is not relevant. Even with Kubuntu (KDE) as the installed variant of *buntu, you can select and install any listed package in Adept, even if it is a GTK (Gnome) application. It will just install a bunch of Gnome specific applications it needs.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
