    I cannot see eyes? [SOLVED]

How do I install "eye candy" on Kubuntu 8.10? I cannot see it in Synaptic and I cannot see it via apt-get either.
    Code:
    delbert@delbert:~$ sudo apt-get install eye-candy
    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree
    Reading state information... Done
    E: Couldn't find package eye-candy
    delbert@delbert:~$ sudo apt-get install eyecandy
    Reading package lists... Done

    Reading state information... Done
    E: Couldn't find package eyecandy

eye candy isn't a package you install - it's the glitz of the desktop you get with 8.10 and KDE 4.1.x

    K Menu > System Settings > Desktop > Desktop Effects > General
Check the Enable desktop effects box

K Menu > System Settings > Desktop > Desktop Effects > All Effects
    Check any/all you want.
