A problem with menu fonts

Hi there; I´m a noob at Kubuntu (I just installed it yesterday) and I have the following problem. In some programs I can´t see the font from the menus.

Can anyone help me?

Sure, try in the K Menu, launch "System Settings". Then you choose "Appearance -> Fonts". And you play a bit with the options ...
