    Wifi stopped working (fixed)

I have an Intel 5100 wireless card on kubuntu 8.10 in a new Lenovo T500. It was working fine, then it just stopped. I was surfing the web when it abruptly went down. When I use iwlist to scan for connection points, I get "No scan results" even though there are many nearby, including my own router, which I am sitting next to.
lspci shows that the card is still there. The eth0 still works, it's just wan0 that's not working.

I don't know what to do, any ideas?

    Re: Wifi stopped working

I'm such a noob! Turns out there's a switch on the front of the laptop that diables the wireless for reducing battery drain. I must have turned it off.

KDE looks fantastic and works beautifully on this machine.
