Ktorrent's bar on the top

Hello guys,
I accidentally removed the bar on the top ( by dragging may be? ) which included settings and all those stuff and I couldn't manage to recover it.So if you have any suggestion or ideas about that, I'd be happy if you share you share with me,

Exit all ktorrent instances and open konsole and type in:

mv ~/.kde/share/config/ktorrentrc ~/.kde/share/config/ktorrentrc_old

Launch ktorrent again.
