2 question Regarding appearance and fan

I'm new at this.

the 2 questions are.

One when I minimize a task or window into the pannel(taskbar) the little icon turned faded. Is there a way I can configure so it doesn't do that?

I posted a picture below, the 3 icon are faded. I would like to change that.

Second is that. My fan is going off the hook with the noise-- is there a way where i can quite down the fan.

Hi,
For the first the should be a setting if you right click the panel and settings. You may have to look but I think it is ghosting of fading.

For the fan no help sorry.

Do you know if it is CPU fan or graphics fan? Sometimes, loading the proprietary drivers help with nvidia graphics cards running fan on full (I believe).
