The drivers for my webcam are all compiled, installed, and loaded into memory. But, for some reason, I can't get it to work on Yahoo! Live.

What is the device for webcam in Kubuntu? /dev/video0?

I'm using Kubuntu 8.10.

A quick way to find out which device is your webcam is to unplug it. Run ls /dev/video* in a terminal. That will list all your vieo devices. Plug it back in then run the command again. The one that wasn't listed before is your webcam.

Does your wecam work in other applications?
