Is there any Linux program out there that can be the equivalent like a flash editor from adobe?

I would like to also edit flash files with it that you can edit with the adobes version.

It doe not have to be free but has to work offcourse

According to wineHQ many older versions of the real flash work under wine, though the latest may not.

Of course GETTING said older version may not be easy.
To my knowledge there aren't any _good_ free programs for creating flash, though I'm sure there are some passable ones.
