will some[one] resolve my issues
1)why cant i log in to the root user
2)related to the above whay cant i configure any setting .
3)what can i do to enter the admin account

1. read RootSudo: https://wiki.kubuntu.org/RootSudo
2. Update KDE to the latest: http://kubuntuforums.net/forums/index.php?topic=817.0
3. Read the RootSudo Document and look under Enabling graphical user login In KDE. I adivse you not too though, there is no need for you to run as root (this isn't Windows where you need an admin account to do anything, this is linux and sudo will do you fine.
