I've been running Ubuntu for a while now. I tried Kubuntu 7.10 and I'm thinking about giving 8.10 another shot. I cannot seem to find a complete list of applications that come bundled with Kubuntu / KDE. Does somebody know where such a list can be found?

I'm not sure anyone could give a definitive answer on that right now.
The final release isn't until the end of the month and some things could change.
I would say to check out the http://www.kubuntu.org or http://kubuntu.net.
