Kubuntu 8.04.1 KDE3.5 with Two DVD drives

    Hi,
I am new to kubuntu and learning. I have installed Kubuntu 8.04.1 KDE3.5, everything works great but there are few problems using my both DVD wirtters. one of them doesn't play any thing!! what i mean is I can play on one of the DVD using any players like Kaffeine, Amarok, Mplayer, VLC Player, gxine etc but none of them work with second DVD drive. I have tested non working DVD drive on another machine and is working great. so run dmesg on console and here is some of the info for DVD/CD drives. do i need to install anything else to make this work or did i missed anything. Please help me.
