after a fresh install of kubuntu 8.04.1, i notice the little icon at the bottom telling me there are 89 updated packages. My question is should all be updated ? if not, which ones ?

Often after a fresh install there initially may be a lot of updates (security fixes, etc) but after that it doesn't happen as often, or in number of files. of course this also depends on any extra repositories you use, such as the KDE4 one, which does get a lot of updates regularly right now.Comment
