    NDISwrapper hates me.

I am using a HP Pavilion dv7 and lspci outputs this as my network card 02:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Unknown device 4237. In Vista it says it is an Intel Wireless Wifi Link 5100. I went to the HP website and downloaded the driver, and NDISwrapper is pretending it is installed and outputs:
    netw5v32 : driver installed
    device (8086:4237) present
but the log is showing a lot of errors:
Aug 25 12:27:50 bigtop dhcdbd: message_handler: message handler not found under /com/redhat/dhcp/eth0 for sub-path eth0.dbus.get.interface_mtu

You can take some solace from the fact that you are not alone!

Cutting edge stuff. It is emerging NOW. (Slowly but now)

Look at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=879134&page=2 . Start at Post #16.

(I would have to get a cheap compatible card just now...)
