Make the power management applet come back?

This feels like a really stupid question, but - how do I make the "Power Management" applet come back after I closed it? I got a (false) error message saying that my battery had been disconnected, so I decided I'd restart the applet. Well, I was able to quit OK, but now I can't find it anywhere to add it back in.

I've already right-clicked on the panel and clicked "Add applet to panel," but power management was not an option. I also ran kcontrol, but it was nowhere on there either. I also tried logging out and then logging back on - nothing. Don't tell me I have to reboot over this.

System: Lenovo T60 running Kubuntu 8.04.

    Code:
    kpowersave
    ?

I've only used it with a desktop... so don't even know if it has battery indicator... are you on 4 or 3.5.x?

Should show up under KMENU ----> SYSTEM as "kpowersave - "Battery Monitor"
