My D:\ Drive isn't appearing for Wine but C:\ does

I go to browse so I can add a new application, except I have all my personal files on my D:\ drive, and all my windows files on C:\, except for some reason only C:\ and Z:\ is there (Linux directory). I need to get into D:\ so I can select all my programs. Thanks in advance.

the wine "c:" is not your actual windows "c:" , it's "~/.wine/drive_c"

You can add/remove drives in winecfg. If you don't have a shortcut in the menu, run it from the console.
