How do I turn off transparent inactive windows

I can't find the setting to turn off translucent inactive windows. It is a pain when using dual screen and trying to watch tv on one.

I have compiz installed

AHA i figured it out. Compiz settings. Effects. Trail focus.

Trail focus what a dumb name for it.... I thought it was for dragging windows and leaving a trail or for the mouse trail... oh well now I know.
