    Background Switching

I have a question about background switching apps in KDE. I know that KDE has a built in background slideshow, where it will pick a random image from a folder. I was wondering if there was a way to get it to pick this from a directory, including subfolders, this way I wouldn't have to go into the image menu and add the picture every time I added a new one. If not, are there any simple programs that will do this? I want it to pick a random image from a directory and scale it to fit the screen at a predetermined interval. When I used Windows, I had a program called Wallpaper Master that did something like this.

I've no idea how to do this, but you're not alone in wanting it.

There is a feature request section of the bug reports in KDE.
