Not working after install of KDE 4.1.. please help

Hi, I have a problem, after I upgraded to KDE 4.1 my screen turned white.. is there anyway
I can go back to KDE4.0 ? seems to be a problem with the graphic card drivers?

I use a IBM Lenova T61

If you can't see anything on the screen, and Ctrl-Alt-Backspace won't do anything, then hold down Ctrl-Alt-SysRq and press R S E I U B in sequence, to do a graceful shutdown.

Upon restarting, when you get to the login GUI where you put in your password, click the little menu icon, choose Session Type, and see if you can choose your prior KDE 3.5 or KDE 4 session. If you can, that's the thing to do. If you don't have KDE 3.5 available ..... You don't have too many choices, I'm afraid, other than to search for some guidance on setting up the vido on your Lenovo.

There have been some issues with nivdia cards on kde4.1.

You may want to change the title to reflect that?

Check this forum search for solutions.

I use ATI so I can't help you there very much.
