wierd error that is stating to get on my nerves (hardrive reading)

hi guys for some reason when i go to storage devices and click on the windows partion or my other drive, All it does is is show a blank folder and freezes at load directory 0% but this does not happen all the time i mean if i rebooted now it would work

can anyone help me as this is pissing me of

It will be helpful if you gives us the specifications of your system, specifically, which version of Kubuntu are you running, and what version of KDE?
