    BootitNG by TeraByte has it's own online Support section here. I'll assume that what ever help you are looking for wasn't identified there?

      It is proprietary. Are you sure you want to trust a company rather than a community? Not trying to be cheeky, but all this can be done perfectly well with open source stuff.
