How can I run a windows program at startup?

Hi, I'm using Wine to use some windows program. How can I run a windows program at startup? Do I have to edit some thing like startup file and where it is?
    Thanks for help.

in Gutsygibbon with KDE 3.x.x it's

1.) create a shortcut: wine 'path to file in the wine folder'

    and

    move it to: /home/username/.kde/Autostart

    or create it there.

.folders and files are hidden so u'll need to show hidden files or in the location bar, etc.. put that and change username to ur username and then press enter.
