Please do not use the CODE tag when pasting content that contains formatting (colored, bold, underline, italic, etc).
The CODE tag displays all content as plain text, including the formatting tags, making it difficult to read.
For security reasons I refuse to install firefox. But I am sure its great for those that don't care much about people spying on you constantly and screwing with your header adress bar.
Right click on the taskbar, and select configure. Click the taskbar button in the left pane of the resulting dialog box. You should see a checkbox for "Use custom colors". Check that and you can configure the one you've mentioned.
You can also find this in the KDE Control Center...
