    popup on KDE boot

When loading KDE, I get a popup window which informs me that proprietary drivers are being used for my wireless card. The system takes next to forever to load this notification, and it really slows down the startup. There is no "Don't show this again" checkbox. Is there a way to disable this popup? The proprietary drivers are fine, I just don't need KDE to remind me of their existence every time I log in .

    Thanks.

Hmm, try to disable the driver from: K-menu -> System -> Hardware Drivers Manager and shut the Manager down. Then reopen the manager and enable the driver.. I am guessing here, but maybe it will help..
