Linux Video - please help!

Sorry for bad English, but I hope you will understand me

So, I made linux video. Video for dummies. Kubuntu 8.04.

Quality is not so good(gtk-record-my-desktop), and my voice isn't so good to record in video . Can anybody to write normal English text using my bad English and record voice?

I have video about filesystem (for dummies, sure No /usr, /tmp and other. But if you can to write about it - please, it will be great! I'm not professional), and plan.
