i have kubuntu 8.04 kde4. i have only one user for the pc and want to make it auto login when i open pc. i went to system setting - Advanced - log in manager i cannt edit anything here i cannt get adminstration. how to edit anything here? how to get adminstration for system setting? in kubuntu 7.10 there was a button for adminstration and then enter the root pass but here i cannt find this button how i do that??

dibl thanks for reply but i know where i have to make the change but the proplemm is when i open System Settings>Advanced tab >Login Manager im not allowed to change anything everything is gray cannt be modified. do u remeber kubuntu 7.10 with kde3 when i open login manager im not allowed to change anything untill i push Administration button and enter the root password then i can change anything nut here im not allowed to change anything and i dont see the administrattion buttonComment

dibl the link was great too.I wasnt know what persistent is now i do know. but dothink its save now to swich to kubntu 8.04 kde4? is there crashes and weared thing happend? or its stable for regular & normal user?Comment
