When I used windoze I was accustomed to hearing Spanish Parliament on this URL:

http://actualidad.terra.es/nacional/parlamento/

I would like to be able to do so now. Can any of you access the media content of that page? If so, can you post your set-up? What should I apt-get?

It works for me with this setup:

Browser: Opera
Mediaplayer: Kaffeine (+ 'kaffeine-xine' + 'win32codecs')
Plugins: 'kaffeine-mozilla' (works in opera, too)

How it plays: Opening the page opens the TV-stream in Kaffeine (when plugins are enabled in opera)

The plugin should work in konqueror/firefox, too, but haven't tried
