It appears to be a Windows-only program.

You can try using Wine, but I don't know if it'll work.

If you're willing to pay, you can get Cedega. That's more attuned to gamers than wine, but it's not free in any sense.

Huh? Runescape is a java applet, and is surely playable on Linux. Just download the Java Runtime Enviornment and you are good to go.
