I have just completed burning Kubuntu 8.04 with Brasero at speed 0f 2 (lowest possible). Integrity check reported errors. Does this mean I should download iso again and start over?

The reported integrity check was from Brasero. The md5sum of iso is correct. When I boot this disk, the integrity check from disk reports problems with 2 files. However when I start Install, it seems begin ok. What could go wrong if I proceed with install? -
