I'm using Kopete. In Setting > configure > accounts > modify > account preferences, I checked "send buddy icon to other users". Some of my friends use Pidgin and meebo, they can see my avatar, but all who use Y!M can't. What do I have to do? Please help me.

Possibility. What file type is your avatar saved as? In Kubuntu, it's likely that it is a .png format. If so, use an image program (Gimp) and resave it as a .jpg file.Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007
