Well, I finally can say: yes it`s working!
I`ve tried several dvd/cd players, and two versions dvd ( 1x 48 speed- 1x 8speed) the cd version and the alternate version.
Nothing worked. At last I removed the secondair hd and the dvd player on secondair slave.
I also removed the primair slave hd and put the dvd player as primair slave. I`ve put in the 48 speed dvd and it worked.
I do not know why Kubuntu tested my nerves so hard but it`s working
