    problems with kubuntu installation

hey ppl! still me,,, sorry if i am asking too many questions at the same time,..

ok so i put the iso in and boot. i then go to install kubuntu
i see the kubuntu logo loading
then all of a sudden i see different numbers next to SQUASHFS error
then all of a sudden i see "User not known to the underlying identification module"
    and the installation stops....

is there anything i can do to prevent this... i tried twice and it gives me the same mistake...

    help please!!

by the way i checked the integrity of the cd and it said errors found in 1 file.. could that be it?

Yes, I think that could very well be it :-)

Below is a link to a site (one of many) that explains how to burn a bootable CD.
