    Installing Beryl

Hi, I'm completely new to this whole linux thing. I've got Kubuntu installed and running well on my computer. But, I want to install beryl. I tried installing it once but whenever I tried to run it, it would give me a white screen and I would have to manually shutdown. I uninstalled it and now I'm trying to reinstall beryl but I'm not completely sure how to do it correctly, and don't want to mess it up of course. If someone could guide me that would be very helpful. Thank you.

    Hi

From what I understand Beryl is no longer valid, and is part of the compiz package. I could be mistaken though.
