Kubuntu 8.04 Panasonic 42" Tv through DVI-HDMI tiny fonts

    Morning All,

just decided to give 8.04 a whirl, but the problem is the fonts on screen are absolutely tiny. So Tiny my they are un-readable.

My set up is an 1950Pro connected to a 42" Panasonic (UK PX70) Plasma screen connected via DVI to HDMI. I believe the panels native res is 1366 x 720.

    Cheers.

You can change your font sizes in Launch -> System Settings -> Look & Feel -> Appearance -> Fonts.

Of course, some applications will have their own font settings as well. Konqueror, for example, has font settings in Settings -> Configure Konqueror -> Appearance and Configure Konqueror -> Fonts.

In all cases, just bump the size up from 9 to something you can live with. 12 or 14 should do the trick.

Thanks for the reply, but when i say tiny i mean tiny likeis is too small to read, it's like 3 or 4 pixels high.
