I can't create my Kubuntu Account

Hi everybody.

My problem is that I want to use the ShipIt of Kubuntu to order a CD, but I can't create my Kubuntu Account using the Launchpad web. I don't understand what is happenning.

The web https://launchpad.net/ no load.

Can someone help me ?

I ordered CD through Ubuntu.com, get ubuntu, and then you can order CD's or Ask for Free CD through shipit.
