They are located in .kde/share/apps/kopete/logs in your home directory. Note the . in front of kde, its a hidden folder. -

I also have now activated the history plugin, kopete should do it default
Via the history right mouse klik i can view the history and filter it
The logs are save in a XML format but in kopete you can ready themComment
