Bluetooth on Toshiba Tecra A3.

Hi, I'm trying to get bluetooth on my Toshiba Tecra A3 to work.
But I dont really know if it is turned on or not.

And when I try to use the toshet it says

instict@toshins:~$ sudo toshset bluetooth -on
required kernel toshiba support not enabled.

As far as I know, toshiba has bluetooth turned OFF at default. But I tried to use some guides on the net without any luck ( so far )

Its a bit of a roundabout way but...
Try setting your laptops bluetooth to visible to all and see if you can spot it using some other bluetooth device (eg. phone).
