    Access partitions on harddrive

My hard drive is partitioned into three different drives.
I installed Kubuntu on the first drive and now I want to access the other two drives.
When trying to access them, I get the following error message on the bottom of the window:
    "hal-storage-fixed mount refuse uid 1000"

How do I fix this problem and how do I access the partitions?

    Please assist

    Pieter

      Re: Access partitions on harddrive

Thanks for the support on this. I can now access the files on my other hard drives by using Qqmikes method of changing the properties in the Disk/file system settings.
