Where can i look to find out what cool things i can do in linux this is my first attempt using kubuntu i like it my limits are i dont know what is what and what things do im looking for some cool sites just to learn why i should use linux

First, welcome to Linux and to the Kubuntu Forums. Second, as to "why i should use linux" well, that's reasonably simple - because you have more control (freedom) than you will ever get using Windoze. But it still comes down to choice - what OS are you comfortable with. Linux has a learning curve that is steeper than Windoze, especially if the user is not very computer literate.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
