sennding avi files to a zen vision M (solved)

I have amarok talking to my wife's and daughters Zen Vision M players. I want to send movies to it.

is there something in the repository to do this? right now i have to reboot to M$ to put movies on the players.

Does it show up on the desktop? Or in 'Media' within Dolphin? You should be able to copy movie files directly to it.

No it doesn't automount. I have the mtplib installed because can use amarok but i have to tell it to connect to the device.

Still no love. I tried connecting my zen to amarok and then starting dolphin and it still didn't show up.

Have you tried Gnomad2? http://gnomad2.sourceforge.net/

It's in the repositories. It works well for music but have not used it for video on my V+
