How to change number of mouse clicks to start program/launch item

    Using Kubuntu 7.10.

On the desktop / in Dolphin, one click of the mouse is needed to launch an item/program. How can I change this to 2 clicks of the left mouse button.

I cannot seem to find the right setting in System Settings to do this.

    Victor Warner.
