What is in "sudo apt-get install upgrade"

I'm running Kubuntu 7.04. Tried "sudo apt-get install update" which was a small download, then tried "upgrade" and saw it was a 10 hour download on my dialup connection. What all is in this upgrade feature? Thanks.

Basicly:
sudo apt-get install update updates your "list" of available software.

sudo apt-get install upgrade upgrades your software and kernel to the latest version for your version of Kubuntu.

NO ! - well, almost , typo ?

sudo apt-get install update

Tries to INSTALL package update. There is no package update so you will get error:

E: Couldn't find package update

Same thing with:

sudo apt-get install upgrade

=>

E: Couldn't find package upgrade

You can get info of commands in the konsole: man <command>

:~$ man man

NAME
man - an interface to the on-line reference manuals

and in the konqueror: man:<command>
man:man will tell:
