How to install compiz-fusion? Help

I am new to Linux, so get it easy on me, I have a Kbuntu 7.04 installed and I am trying to get the desktop effect the one I saw in youtube on my laptop and I need help from u guys to how to install compiz-fusion or beryl (that's what they call it) And by the way i was thinking about upgrading to Gusty but i was afraid cuz there were some issues problems I have been hearing about... thank u and I appreciate if some1 help me.
