Is there a program that can change the task bar at the botom of the screen to look like vista (gunna get banned) I like the vista look boot like the linux architecture

There isn't a 'program' to get this done. Have a look at http://www.kde-look.org. There are many icons, kicker backgrounds and kmenu/kbfx icons available there. The only thing it can't do is make the start button circle larger than the taskbar, like it is in vista.

No, currently KDE4 cannot be modified very much at all. To make your desktop look like vista, stay with KDE3.would kde 4 help me get ti to look more like vista ?
