What do you mean when you say 'my internet crashes' (it must be nice to have your own Internet - most of us have to 'use' the main one accessible through our ISP. )? Or do you suffer a problem when you are browsing particular sites (U-Tube, etc)??

So it's related to your browsing. So, again, are there specific sites that you visit that cause it to crash? What browser are you using? What version of Kubuntu are you running?

And again, what sites are you visiting that cause the crash? Simply stating that while browsing you get crashes isn't helpful.

Okay. When you get the crashes, does it occur (or occur more consistently) when you visit each of these sites? Or does it happen (more often/always) when you try to view a flash video file?

So not necessarily web site related. What setup do you have? CPU (Pentium I, II, III, ?; AMD, Intel Core-dual, ?) 32- or 64-bit and speed; amount of installed RAM; make/model of video card/chip set; and what version of Kubuntu are you running?

You can open a console (K Menu | System | Konsole) and type the following:
Code:
sudo lshw -html > my-hardware.html
This will generate a file viewable in your browser called my-hardware.html in your home directory listing all hardware information about your PC.

Please describe what you mean by 'crash' when you are browsing. Exactly what happens, (what do you see happening on the screen) and what do you do when it happens? In the file you created, scroll down to the
Code:
[b]id:[/b] memory
section and report on the amount of RAM you have.
