    Question #2!

I'm also trying to update the drivers for my nvidia card. I'm using a Dell XPS M1210, the gen right before the M13xx series. The card I have is a GeForce 7400 Go. I can download a .exe from Dell, but of course, it being a windows executable, I can't use it. I can download a driver from Nvidia, but I'm not sure how to go about installing it, or even if I should, as it's not tailored for the 7400 Go.

Alright! I've got Envy going...Now I just need to figure out where to get the right driver. The 7400 Go listed on Dell's site is a .exe, so I can't use that. Is there a way to find a version that will work with Linux? The driver isn't listed on Nvidia's site.

No, you don't! That's part of what Envy will take care of for you.

BTW, you will end up with the 169.09 driver -- it runs everything after the GeForce 5200.
