Boot problem

i have problems with kubuntu live cd
when i boot it, i get this on my screen http://paste.ubuntu-nl.org/i8443
i think there is problem with my disks
i have 2 SATA disks:
Maxtor 6Y120M0 (120GB)<---i have windows installed on this
WDC WD2000JD-55HBB0 (200GB)

if anyone knows what might be wrong pls help me

I'm not seeing any problems there... are you saying that you get this far into the boot and it hangs, or what?
