I cannot get past the sign on screen. I need the command for terminal.

Can you boot into recovery mode and type

 startx

at the prompt?
That will give the root desktop and you can check your permissions.
If the desktop does not boot up write down the errors if any and post them here.

I have found my problem: my home disk was full!!

But now, with one of my users when I try to login from the login kde screen a console window apears and kde doesn't start
If I do startx on that screen it sais

X:user not autorized to run X server

If I exit and go to console I can start KDE normaly with startx

Surely is something I,ve change while trying to repair the loggin problem (maybe some file permissions?) but I don't know what.
