Adept crashes without Kubuntu DVD in drive...

Crash happens when I try to actually install package, even if it is not on DVD. Really annoying with auto-updates. Could something be done about it?

Gutsy AMD64 DVD, System: Pentium E/2GB/DVD-RAM drive.

Disable cd/dvd in the repositories. either with opening adept->adept->manage repositories or with alt+F2: kdesudo (kdesu) kate->password->open /etc/apt/sources.list and put a # in front of the cd line.

Thanks, that helps, hadn't thought about that. Stupid /me

But I really don't like using up bandwidh if I don't have to. Is it possible to copy DVD to HDD and tell apt to look there first or something like that?
