Every time I reboot, the program PwManager pops up even though it was not there when Kubuntu was shut down and I don't remember ever bringing it up. How do I stop it from happening?

Type (without quotes): "autostart"
That lets you set your accounts autostart applications. See if it is in there. If so, remove it.

Re: Unwanted program on bootup
Maybe you don't have kcontrol-autostart installed. I try not to go this route, but open your home folder. In the address bar at the end of the current entry type ".kde/Autostart" (make sure as it is typed here). That is where your personal autostart items are. What is listed there? If it is that application you don't want, delete it.

Re: Unwanted program on bootup
Are you sure you are in the correct Autostart directory? At least on my machine I've never seen different languages being listed (which I've found doesn't necessarily mean anything).
Correct Path: /home/(your username here)/.kde/Autostart <--- Autostart must start with a capital "A". Again that is how it is on my machines.

Re: Unwanted program on bootup
Look here as well. Be carefull though. The only way to delete from here is to browse there as root by opening konqueror as root from ALT-F2 and entering "kdesu knoqueror".
/usr/share/autostart/
